    Poszukuję aktywnie działających dietetyków, którzy chcieliby połączyć dotychczasową działalność z pracą w charakterze Product Managera (4/5 etatu). Szukam zarówno osób z doświadczeniem w PR i marketingu, jak i “freshmenów” – gwarantujemy wsparcie merytoryczne.     Candidate profile: a dietician with practise. Ability to work 0,8 FTE – 4 days for the company and 1 day as dietician in own practice/clinic.

    Minimum Requirements:
    • Professional education – dietician
    • Minimum 2 years of experience as dietician in own practice/clinic
    • Minimum 2 years of experience on Junior Product Manager or Product Manager position
    • Good level of English, both oral and written communications (can easily communicate in international environment)
    • Computer skills (MS Office programs)

    • Maximises the brand potential at national level
    • Delivers branding campaign in line with international guidance
    • Designs and executes promotional activities (detail aids, message scripts, advertising, congresses, etc.) in line with international branding and key messages
    • Partners with the Medical and local KOLs to optimise the brand performance
    • Provides leadership to Field Force
    • Drives motivation of field force towards brand aspiration (cycle and launch meetings)
    • Develops and implements Country Brand Plan in full congruence with International Brand Plan
    • Partners with international Marketing team
    • Translates/implements international brand campaign locally
    • Coordinates competitive intelligence and drives competitive action plans
    • Identifies business opportunities and develops business cases
    • Analyses the relevant brands in the territory and identifies key levers for action
    • Ensures execution of the Marketing/Commercial tactics by development of territory plans (Plan Of Actions) with team members
    • Manages approved budgets to ensure appropriate allocation of resources to meet the plan and financial control
    • Plans, allocates and monitors team expenses budget to ensure budgetary control.
    • Tracks progress of marketing messages and programs
    • Monitors implementation of plan of actions and ensures budget spend within agreed time, costs, compliance and quality parameters
